I. Information We Collect

 

1. Customization Materials: The photos, videos, audio clips, and descriptions of life details of your relatives/relevant individuals that you actively submit (hereinafter referred to as “customization materials”) will only be used to generate your exclusive 3D holographic image and related functions.

2. Order Information: Your name, contact information, and shipping address will only be used for order fulfillment, logistics delivery, and after-sales communication.

 

II. Use and Storage of Information

 

1. Scope of Use:

– Customization materials will only be used for the production of your exclusive device (3D image modeling, voice cloning, motion matching), and will not be used for any other commercial/promotional purposes;

– Order information will only be used to complete your purchase process and will not be shared with third parties (logistics providers will only receive necessary shipping information).

2. Storage Period:

– Customization materials: Within 7 business days after your device is completed and you confirm receipt, we will permanently delete all original materials and modeling files, retaining only “device function debugging records” (without private content) until the end of the device warranty period;

– Order information: Only retained for 1 year after the order is completed, and automatically deleted after the expiration date.

 

III. Information Security and Protection

 

1. We use encrypted storage, access control, and other technical measures to ensure the security of customization materials and order information;

2. All staff involved in material processing have signed confidentiality agreements, prohibiting the disclosure of any user information.

 

IV. Your Rights

 

1. You can contact customer service at any time to inquire about, supplement, or delete your order information;

2. Before the device is completed, you can request to terminate the customization and delete all submitted materials.

 

V. Special Notes

 

– The customization materials you submit must be legally owned and authorized for use. You will be solely responsible for any disputes arising from copyright infringement of the materials;

– The device itself does not have internet connectivity and will not collect or upload any information during use.
